Something happens when I'm trying to renew my account. It was suspended today as of inactive period of 30 days. Sorry, but was not able to login this period. Could you please assist to resume it? Thanks!

That account is currently active. The renew page displays that after a few minutes but the account will continue to renew in the background even after that message is displayed.
