Dear HelioHost-Team,

the renewing of my account because of inactivity doesn't work and it says I should contact the customer support.

Can you help me with this?

The account "zorotastic" is currently active. The renew page times out after a few minutes showing the something went wrong page, however your account will continue to renew in the background.
