empty Ruby on Rails application doesn't work

Hi,

 

First of all thank you for your excellent service!

 

my problem is with RoR applications. I have created and run new app. in cpanel.

App. is just empty.

 

when i try to open it, my browser says that the page could not be displayed.

here is the link http://ski.heliohost.org:12387

 

but if i am making rewriting rule for http://ski.heliohost.org with redirection to http://ski.heliohost.org:12387 it works oO

 

what could be the problem here?
