Hosting Account Recovery

I wasn't paying attention to the hosting account messages telling me that my account was going to be deleted and it was deleted for not signing in on time. I was wondering if my account is still on the database and if the files are safe. If they are, I was wondering if it is possible to reinstate my hosting account.

I forgot the username, but the domain/hosting account is: charityproxy.heliohost.org ; the domain I bought for it was: charityproxy.us

 

I have a feeling that I'm out of luck...

Sorry but it looks like that domain and all of it's files have been deleted. You can create another account if you want.
