jspcrepair
I don't know if this has been answered or not but, I can't seem to login on the main website or CPanel...I am on a work computer on IE 6 and heliohost doesn't exactly load right for me. But I was just wondering if there is an issue with the server or not. Like I said I apologize if this has been answered or not. My website is http://jspcrepair.heliohost.org/ Thanks, Juan

jspcrepair
Did you read the Support FAQ? Sorry I apologize, I have read the Support FAQ, it has been well over 48 hours. http://jspcrepair.heliohost.org login user:jdsixtos. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue, even when you go to the homepage, after logging in it redirects you to http://www.heliohost.org:2082/login/ and you recieve a 404 error(Same thing happens when I try to go to my CPanel, except I don't even get to login, as soon as I go to my CPanel, I receive the 404). Ashoat
Wizard: delete neither - both will delete the account as well as the database entry. I'll delete the corrupted entry from the database on my own. jspcrepair: Are you able to login from other locations and with other browsers? It's possible that your workplace is blocking outgoing port 2082.

Hey thank you very much for your response, it answered my question, I didn't even think about my place of work blocking port 2082 at the time, that is the exact problem! I would've figured it out eventually, but you figured it out for me lol, thanks a lot!
