Estefane87 Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Hi everyone, this is my first post here. Im a luck man because i found this host trough my hard journey to found a perfect one ^^. Problem: Since I have creat the account, I am having problems with FTP address "ftp.blendergamedesign.com", when I try co connect with Filezilla client, the password never match. I would to know if there is an alternative address like number IP. This is very important for me, thanks. Obs: By now the nameserver is hosted in other host for emergengy only.

By now the nameserver is host in other host, for "blendergamedesign.com" work the nameserver is needed to be active in "ns1.heliohost.org, ns2.heliohost.org"?
Wizard Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Yes. You need to set the nameservers for blendergamedesign.com to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in order for FTP to work using that domain.
