[Solved] Cannot connect to my postgresql db remotely

Can this be enabled?

 

When trying to connect to my postgresql db remotely I get an error:

 

psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused

Is the server running on host "heliohost.org" and accepting

TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

 

 

I've tried my hostname, heliohost.org and stevie.heliohost.org. All seem to be refusing the port connection.
