My domain still not configured =/

Hello, I'm new here and I have a problem.

If I enter in my website: http://rugbyrioclaro.heliohost.org by this url I'm redirected to

http://rugbyrioclaro.heliohost.org/cgi-sys...aultwebpage.cgi saying "You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly.".

But there is almost one week it's the same thing...

If I enter direct to the page it works: http://rugbyrioclaro.heliohost.org/index.html

 

What's the problem? If my account wasn't configured, wouldn't it work right?
