Problems with Addon Domain

Hello,

 

I have added a Addon Domain, but it does not work and it will not show up in the list in cpanel.

If i type in the domain in my browser the url goes to XXX.tk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi with the text:

Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.

If i try to add the domain again i get the text

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

And when i click on the 'show details' link i get the message

Error from park wrapper: XXX.tk is already configured.

 

Now you will say that i have to wait 24 to 48 hours, but i already waited about a week or more......

Its a domain form dot.tk (they have DNS now!) and it worked on other web-hosts with cpanel, but they where off-line all the time.

 

Can someone help me?
