i would like to ask if why http://tnhs.heliohost.org has been disabled?

 

if can't take back the domain, i would like to retrieve some important files from my domain.

It was disabled because of inactivity. You need to loggin to your cpanel a couple of times a month to keep it active. You should be able to renew your account here.

I went ahead and re-activated your site to keep it from being deleted.
