beachnut
Hey guys, Thanks SO MUCH for the great hosting!!! I have a small problem that should be an easy fix (lolz!!): I am attempting to utilize the File Upload Form within FrontPage and am running into problems. I've done a few "tutorials" to no avail. Have tried change folders so that "scripts can run" and "allow anon uploads to this directory" to no avail. The option's greyed out. Have tried various and sundry changes to the form and form field properties. I'm thinking that it's a server-side issue. My site is http://reunion.heliohost.org My proposed upload folder is "newuploads" off of the root, i.e. http://reunion.heliohost.org/newuploads I'm using FP2003 and this seems to be my only prob at this point. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

beachnut
Hmmmm...well, I re-added the postinfo...and am still getting a two-bar every time I try to upload a file. Have un-installed and re-installed the FPSE on the server. No joy. Still getting that two bar. Have attempted to change permissions on the upload folder to allow some semblance of anon uploading. No joy.
Ashoat
What's this "two bar"? Is there an error message?
beachnut
My most humble of apologies. I thought I had mentioned that tidbit before, I inadvertently left it off. The "two bar" is the Web site asking me for login id and password. I assume it wants me to confirm that I have write permission. However, even when I put in my correct login id and password (that I would normally do to pub the page), it doesn't go anywhere and continuously gives me a two-bar. Ashoat
Is this is a website or an HTTP authorization prompt? A website login is like the cPanel login at http://www.heliohost.org; an HTTP authorization prompt is like the the cPanel login at http://www.heliohost.org:2082/. Ashoat
Hmmm... and you're getting this prompt when using the "File Upload Form" you mentioned above? I've tried changing something - see if it helps.
