[Solved] Web address before you run the dns

Is there any way to get to my site if still not run the dns for my domain.

 

Through the shared ip.

 

Because this is my ip in Cpanel but not how to put the full address.

 

Some time ago to hire a hosting with domain and gave me an address such

 

http://44.1459.148.3/ ~ MyWeb

You're thinking of mod_userdir, and unfortunately we have it disabled.
