[Solved] unable to backup database

it is locked, but the problem is unsettled.

 

to the last question, i can only logon the cpanel with http connection. thanks.

 

 

unfortunely, i still have this problem. my operation steps:

1. logon to cpanel with my account: phpworks

2. go to backup wizard

3. click backup

4. click MySQL database

5. click the required database: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/getsqlbackup/freesoc.sql.gz

on the page: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/...html?type=mysql

 

then i got this problem:

http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/getsqlbackup/freesoc.sql.gz

Internal Server Error

Insecure dependency in chdir while running with -T switch at cpsrvd-ssl line 1577.

i may give you my password to logon the system for you to re-occur this problem. please show me how to give it to you if you need it.

1) Does it say cpsrvd or cpsrvd-ssl?

2) Does your URL have http or https?

i use logon cpanel with the URL as: http://phpworks.heliohost.org/cpanel

the browser is empty when i try with https://phpworks.heliohost.org/cpanel

 

there is nothing about the cpasrvd or cpsrvd-ssl
