Error 500 on php and perl

Hi i have problem with my php pages. When i try to load html page everything seems ok, but when i load the same page renamed to php i get error 500 often. Sometimes page loads, but when i try to refresh it shows error 500 again and then i can't access any php page including cpanel and perl scripts in cgi-bin. Any advice how to fix this?

I haven't received any 500 errors. If it's your own code, make sure to debug it. It doesn't look like it's coded right.
