why HelioHost Account Queued

but my question is, i have apply the host over 72 hours, but when i open my domain: http://idao.tk which was on Heliohost, i got a page:

and now ,the problem is, i can add idao.tk as the parked domain name in Cpanel.

 

it show: There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: idao.tk is already configured.

You need to point idao.tk to our nameservers:
