Getting loged in to Cpanel

Hi,

 

I just got my account two days ago and have tried to get started. When I attempt to log in to Cpanel with my username and password it fails. I tried the password reset but did not receive the promised email with the code.

 

Before anyone asks, yes I did type everything in the proper case.

 

My username is mhs_1965.

 

Hope someone can help me out...

I see a username called mhs1965 (without the underscore). Try that.

Thanks. It worked. Don't know how that happened since I created the account with the underscore. Here is the email that was sent to me:
