Addon domain do not appear in list

Hi All,

 

I've added an add-on Domain to my cPanel. But that domain do not appear in the "Modify Add-on Domain" section. I've noticed that the associated directories are however created and can be accessed by File Manager. I've tried logging out and logging in etc.

 

cPanel is also aware that I've added a domain as add-on and do not allow me to add that again.

 

Any lead? I'm trying stuffs from my side and will update.

Thanks for the reply. I read the support FAQs.

 

I'm getting a "Account queued" default page. I'll wait for 24 hrs and revert back with my user name and domain name if needed. I'm a little hesitant to divulge my domain names etc in a public forum.

Posting your domain and username is common procedure. We can't help you if we don't know which account it is.
