500 errors, high server load, high swap use

Hello.

I really appreciate this service.

However, no free webhost is perfect.

I keep getting 500 errors.

If I look at the stats, my server load has a red warning and sometimes it is even double the amount of CPU's, which is baaad.

My swap use is also high; but I don't know what it means.

Is this because of the thousands of users, or is it something in my settings in which i messed up?

Those stats represent the entire server. Your probably getting a 500 error when somebody is abusing system resources.
