Cannot Access My Site

I was just on my site last night and everything was fine. This afternoon, I go to access my site and instead I see the:

 

Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.

How come my site went down and it's being reconfigured? Any insight on this will be helpful.

Followed the solution the user posted here ( http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5362 ) and it worked.

 

Can I still receive a little insight on why this occurred however?
