krolm Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Hello! I made my activation request on the 22 of Jan. Username - krolm. Domain - barabanov.su. Then I changed DNS records to ns1.heliohost.org, ns2.heliohost.org. I can't login to cPanel neither at http://www.heliohost.org/home/ , nor at http://barabanov.su/cpanel. My nameservice provider sends me e-mails on regular basis (every 3 hours) saying that it can't receive neither SOA-record, nor NS-record from ns1.heliohost.org (65.19.143.4). Please, let me know if my account was activated. Best regards Quote
Byron Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 How long ago did you change the nameserver? As of the time of this post your not pointed to heliohost. Check dns status here Quote
krolm Posted January 24, 2010 Author Posted January 24, 2010 I changed DNS records on the 22 of Jan. However according to actual status pointed at the nameservice provider's web-site - "ns1.heliohost.org, ns2.heliohost.org are being tested" and my nameservice provider didn't change DNS-records due to the error receiving SOA,NS records from ns1.heliohost.org. I don't understand what is wrong. Quote
Byron Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to see the changes but you still need to go to your nameserver provider and make sure you have your domain pointed to us. Quote
krolm Posted January 24, 2010 Author Posted January 24, 2010 Thank you for quick reply. And how about cPanel login issue. Is my account still inactive? Quote
Byron Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Thank you for quick reply. And how about cPanel login issue. Is my account still inactive? Right now your account is still showing as being queued but your nameserver provider should still let you point your domain to us so that when you do become active your site will be ready to go. Due to a huge back log in registrations new accounts have been slow to come out of queue. Please give it another 24 hours. Quote
krolm Posted January 24, 2010 Author Posted January 24, 2010 Thank you. I'll try to contact my nameservice provider. Quote
