I can't see my addon domain

Hi, I sent some tickets, but I didn't recieve reply.

 

I added some domain in addon domain section, but they don't appeare in list, the list is empty! So I can't admin these domain.

 

Can anyone help me, please?

The only place for you to get help for your account is here at the forums.

 

Give your addon domains 48 hours to appear. If you don't see them then post back.

Thanks for reply. I added some domains 3 or 4 days ago, so I passed estimated time. I don't know what happen.

The cpanel people were working on the addon domain issue a few days ago. Try adding your domains again and let me know how it goes.

I can't add domains again, cpanel say to me that domain already exists, but list is empty.

 

Only I can see my addon domain in subdomain section, but as you can understand, I'm not able to do much in that section.

Make another post in this thread with your domain name and username and tell the admin. how long it has been since you added the addon domains.
