I can't to access to cpanel...

my url is www.australplanet.cl and I've tried login in www.australplanet.cl/cpanel

and i've tried 3 times request password reset and confirmation email hasn't been sent to my email address.

Make sure your using ALL lowercase letters. Try both the password you signed up with and if that doesn't work then try the new password you tried to change it to. If still no luck post back.
