I don't understand how to setup my domain

hello everyone,

I own a domain , which is pointing to a website on a different host. I recently changed the NS settings to Heliohost's Name servers. But once I have the domain setup on your Name servers, what do I do in C Panel to set it up with my account? I'm lost from this point on. Thanks! Please help as soon as you can, as my site is an active site with users, and i don't want to drive them away, thanks very much everyone.

You need to look for "Parked Domains" at your cpanel and add your domain there. Then wait about 24 hours.

sorry to bother you, but i get this error

Error from park wrapper: "my domain" is already configured

 

I did set it up in Add-on domains myself. But when I went in addon domains, it didn't show my domain in the list. But I can't set it up parked, i get the above error. Any ideas?

Did you try and delete it from your addon domains?

yes, i deleted it from addon domains, and it is not in the list, but i am still getting the error. Seemed strange to me.

I know you don't want to hear this but you need to wait for the server to do a restart and try it tomorrow.

a restart? Will that refresh everything so I can try again? If so, what time could i try? Also, after I add my domain to Parked, is there anything else i have to do to make it work? I guess waiting is ok, as the people I registered with said it will take up to 24 hours globally.

I think it restarts at 12:00 am PST but I'm not sure. Hopefully when it does restart it will clear it so it isn't showing as an addon domain anymore. You can then park it and that should take care of everything. If it doesn't work than that means that the cpanel folks are still working on the addon domain problem and I'll have to escalate this to the admins.

Well, it isn't showing up as an addon domain though, it isn't showing up as anything. I did put it in addon domain then deleted it out and tried to put it in parked, but it won't work. So it's not showing up anywhere, but i still get the error.
