Redirecting only with WWW

Hello,

 

Since yesterday Stevie is redirecting only "http://www.advogadossemfronteiras.org" and not "http://advogadossemfronteiras.org" (resulting "HelioHost Account Queued" in this case).

 

I've tried to add "redirects" again, but it doesn't work.
