well... i tried many sometimes to add another subdomain .heliohost.org to my cpanel from my cpanel (add domain) but i can't do it...

 

if is possible to change my main domain:

 

main domain: ats.heliohost.org to cecyte.heliohost.org

 

or add cecyte.heliohost.org like a parked domain...

You should be able to add it as a Parked Domain yourself. Can you not do that?

It's impossible to park multiple .heliohost.org subdomains. There are a limited supply of good subdomains, and I don't want people to get multiple .heliohost.org subdomains.

OOPS! Sorry about that djbob. With all the problems we were having with addon and parked domains I didn't realize he was trying to park another heliohost sub-domain.

 

ATS! Your domain has been changed to:

 

cecyte.heliohost.org

 

And it should be visible within 24hrs.
