Unable to login to my cPanel

Have you been able to login in the past and are you using ALL lowercase letters?

Actually, i just got my DNS updated to your servers and got "out of Que" this afternoon..

So i really didn't get a chance to login yet.

 

My site does load, but when i try to access the cPanel, it times out, it doesn't even give me an option to enter a user name or password.

Same thing happens when i try to log in straight from your site (http://www.heliohost.org/), it just times out giving me an error of "Unable to connect to server"

 

Any ideas?

There are several ways to login to your cpanel. I use the way I posted to you.
