[Solved] Sign up and hosting Questions

I am writing to ask about your hosting sign ups. I have someone in the same house as me that wants to create a hosting account with Heliohost. I have read this in sign up process:

 

Note that you only have one chance to create your account. Please carefully review your submission before finalizing. Only one account is allowed per user.

 

Does this mean they can not create another hosting account? They will be creating it on a different computer but they will be using the same internet connection as my account.

 

So can they create another account?

 

Also is phpBB and wordpress hosting allowed on your hosting? I would just like to get a little more clarification on this this matter.

Let me clarify the two accounts in one household with the administrator before I tell you yes or no. The questions about hosting phpBB and wordpress is yes we allow hosting of both.

The administrator said he would manually exempt your ip so that you may have two accounts in your household.
