rduzan Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 To whom it may concern, I received an email notification this week that my account will be suspended by this Saturday, January 2nd. I clicked the link contained in the email to renew my account and completed the little form; however, I received the error, "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." As of today I am still able to log into my cPanel account, but should I be concerned about my account being suspended this weekend? Thank you! -Rduzan
Byron Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 Everything should be ok now but make sure you login to your cpanel a couple of times a month to keep it up.

I've also recieved the renewal mail. And the renewal link doesn't work. It seems a lot of users get renewal links that doesn't work and you recieva a lot of unnecessary posts. Is there a way to fix the links provided in future emails? And of course I'm concerned about my own account. Will it still be around in a week? I've logged in today, but is that enough? (username partho) Best regards, partho

(username partho) Best regards, partho Nothing is for certain on the internet so always keep backups of your site. But it's safe to say in a week that you'll still be around. Like I stated before login twice a month and you should be ok. Edit: I just checked the logs and your showing good as having logged in.
jpp Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Dear Admin, This may be redundant here/now but, I have also received the renewal mail with the non-functioning link. Of course my only worry is that my account stay activated. I have logged in today and will do it at least twice a month. Do you think that is sufficient? Regards, jpiovoso
