Can't Create an account nor recover pw

Hello

 

I've created an account 2 weeks ago on helioHOst,

but I couldn't login(waited 48 hours),so I discovered by reading here that there is a problem and etc,

I tried again yesterday, and yet, it failed.

so I tried to recover my password(I thought to my self maybe I was doing something wrong) but I didn't get an email!(checked spam).

 

I was trying to sign up a new account since yesterday and it fails with an error , probably cause I've already made one, but it doesn't work!!

 

 

what can I do?

I haven't received any confirmation email,and I forgot my domain name,but my account name is SpikeR (almost sure).

but when I registered and said that everything is ok and that it usually takes 48 hours to bluh bluh...

I can give you the Email I registered with(but in private so it won't get spammed) if it will help.

False alarm,everything is fine :DD

but I still can't recover my password although I know it now, so it doesn't matter,apparently my user name was case sensitive
