SSL dedicated password

Hello,

 

I am experimenting with security in PHP and wondered if you could give me a dedicated IP for my account?

 

I would like to secure the folder /public_html/ssl (subdomain secure.scatty85.heliohost.org)

 

I'm going to use a self certificate since I am only using this to experiment. How do I go about setting up SSL once I have my cert and keys?
