cPanel login fails and site not found

Others having the same problem I guess from looking at the forums.

 

When I try and reset the cPanel password I don't receive the confirmation e-mail with an activation code.

 

DNS lookup on my domain returns not found.

 

If the site has been deleted then I just need to know and I can set it up again.
