Problem to access cpanel

Hello 4 all, i was made an account with heliohost for host Uportal, but, i cant access to cpanel, the domain its ok, but, when type my user: strikex, and my password, dont access, can help me??

i'm registered at 14 of november, but when y try to reset my password, on "password reset" option, i enter my username, but, never receive a e-mail with my new password :S

Have you been able to log into cPanel before? Ud. puede dar la respuesta en ingles y espanol si quere.

never cant access to cpanel, when enter username and password, appears an error, and when i try to reset my password, i see a message say that a info was sended to my mail, but never receive this info with the code.

 

 

now i was try to register again, and appears this message "We're sorry, but the daily signup limit has been exceeded. Please try again tommorow."
