Unable to add a subdomain

As title says. I can't seem to be able to add a subdomain.

 

I go to the add subdomain page, I fill out the form properly, and it even tells me 'subdomain has been created'.

 

But when I got back to the add subdomain page, it's as if I had done nothing! It says 'no subdomains'

Is it showing the folder inside your public_html?

Wait a day for apache to restart. It should show then.
