ziph Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Hi, I signed up for hosting today, however I checked my email through webmail (that is the address I signed up with) only to find that my ISP hosted email account is broken in their database. This means that any emails sent by Heliohost will have bounced. Is it possible to change the address I have registered with to an alternative one (eg. my Gmail) so that I can receive my activation mail etc. Thank you in advance.
Byron Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 You don't need to recieve a confirmation email if all went well with your sign up but it will probably be about 5 days before your site will come up. And even then it may not work because we are having problems with new registrations and waiting on the administrator to fix the problem. You can login to your panel like this: http://YOUR_SITE.heliohost.org/cpanel
