extreme6 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Hi, I know this is along the same lines as some of the other reported issues but since I noticed that there are other sites that are still up hosted on heliohost.org, I did want to make sure mine was on the radar as going down. Basically, my site does not seem to exist anymore at extreme6.heliohost.org and I cannot login to cpanel from the main www.heliohost.org site. The only thing that happened recently was my account was suspended for not logging into cpanel for 30 days but I logged in and had no problem reactivating it and getting it back up. Please help, thank you. site: extreme6.heliohost.org username: extreme6 Account created: 9/17/09
Byron Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 If your no longer able to login to your cpanel than it must have been deleted and there isn't anything I can do. You'll just have to wait for the administrator and we don't know when he'll be back. Sorry!
extreme6 Posted December 8, 2009 Author Posted December 8, 2009 I received the account suspend on 11/28/09, and it says that the account won't be deleted for another 15 days. I reactivated before that happened and we're still less than 15 days from that suspension date so hopefully it wasn't deleted. Is there anyway to get a backup of the mySQL db before the admin returns? Also, is the administrator missing or just on planned leave? Thanks for your help!
Byron Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I'm sorry but we don't keep backups of anybody's site, that is up to you.
extreme6 Posted December 9, 2009 Author Posted December 9, 2009 Is there anyway to access the mysql db directly? Not through Cpanel? I don't know the connection info (maybe you can help with that) but is it possible the database still exists and I can connect to it remotely with username and password?
Byron Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 If you can't connect to your cpanel than you can't connect to your database. Sorry!
