This is what i get when i try to open my site.. and i signed up 48 hours ago. Is this normal?

Also, do i need to take any additional action for my site to go online(i already uploaded all site files from the file manager in cpanel)?

Because i hoped to have the site online asap, and it wouldnt be cool for me to wait without knowing why or when ..

i just paid the hosting service one year in advance at my local isp hosting provider.. and returned home and saw that my site is online at heliohost..

what a waste of money.. i should have been patient..
