change/add domain problem

so i was wanted to change my main hosting domain from ktwdemo.com to crazytwalk.com

 

first i entered the info in 'addon domain' (later realized i could have used 'park domain')

and submitted, at first it was listed in the addons in cpanel then it disappeared...

 

i try to go to crazytwalk.com and it says account is queued... but it's just an addon?

in my previous experience with cpanel this was instant, but i understand heliohost

may have it setup differently.

 

so then i tried entering it in park domain and it says park wrapper already exists for

crazytwalk.com. so i can't do that now instead... dang.

 

could someone take a look i really don't mind if it's one or the other, but my preference

would be to remove ktwdemo.com entirely and replace it with crazytwalk.com if u can.
