Account suspended...

Dear djbob or those who are in charge of heliohost,

 

My heliohost account suddenly got suspended. I was still using the account 5 hours ago, so it should not be suspended due to inactivity, and from the cpanel (just before it got suspended) the bandwidth used was displayed as 0/2500MB. And as I write all of my own scripts, I don't think I have unintentionally or intentionally activate any cron scripts. So you please let me know why I got suspended? I have not received any email on this issue. I apologize in advance if I really did broke any of the rules.

 

As I have put my Computer Homework (due 2 Dec 2009) on the account, is there any chance for me to get back my homework? Even if I might made a serious mistake and should get suspended I sincerely hope you can kindly let me have my account opened for a day so that I can finish my work.
