Registration Problems

Hi, I've been trying to register for a free hosting account at HelioHost but unfortunately I didn't realise that HelioHost and HelioNet were blocked by Hotmail. As a result, my username and domain are in use but I can't activate/confirm my account or access the details. I don't even know if the account was accepted!

If you registered successfully then you don't need a confirmation email but we are currently having problems with registrations and waiting on the administrator to fix them.

Oh, OK. Well since logging in doesn't work I just assumed it was my fault.

Even so, I think I've stuffed up my registration somehow so when he gets back it'd probably just be easiest to just delete my failed attempts and let me do it over...
