Firstly, thanks for this free service.

 

Now, someone please shed some light on my problem.

 

1) I signed up for an account (bewresu.heliohost.org) and it worked just fine (I can login to cPanel and all).

2) Probably because of inactivity in my part, the account disappeared, prolly it was removed.

3) Therefore, I signed up again for the same bewresu.heliohost.org and apparently the account was created since we can access bewresu.heliohost.org(, right?)

4) My problem is, despite the apparent creation of bewresu.heliohost.org, I still cannot login to cPanel using the credentials from which I signed up for. (i.e. with the username bewresu)

 

What should I do?

Wait for the administrator and nobody knows when that will be. All new registrations are having this same exact problem. We're hoping this will be resolved soon.
