Website is not working properly

There is a problem while logging into Cpanel. It keeps asking me for my userid and password again and again and once I press cancel it goes to the normal CPANEL home page (which does not load properly!)

Second, When I visit my website it gives me a message that my Hosting account is not yet installed!

I have been using Helio Host for the past 3 Months and my website was working fine till this afternoon...

Is everyone facing this problem??

Any idea when this would be corrected?
