I would like to host my personal domain sandhawalia<dot>info on helihost. I had created my account on the same (user name sandha). I should have got an E-mail by now regarding the setting up account and ftp/SQL.

 

Unfortunately I have not received any information. I appreciate this is a volunteer service and a very noble idea for supporting budding internet savvys.

 

Would be glad if the admin looked into the matter

Received en E-mail my previous account didn't work. Have to created again . So I did as asked.

 

Received a new E-mail saying account has been installed but would take time till I get to use it.

 

It's been 36 hours since I got the mail. Still cannot login !
