Majid Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I have received the following via email: Dear majid, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: The /usr partition on this server is running out of disk space. WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.</h3> Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards, HelioHost StaffThis came after one week of wait for account activation. Does this mean I should start from the beginning, register another account and wait again?
Byron Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I really don't think it would do any good. Nobody that has registered in the last few weeks has been able to login to cpanel. The accounts come up slow (like 5 days after registration) and login fails. New accounts are at the mercy of djbob and we haven't heard from him in awhile.
