Cannot login at CP

I got this domain at HelioHost:

But I'm having problems when trying to acess the Control Panel. My login and pass do not work. At first I thought I was mistyping but I checked my email and this is not the problem.

All new regstrations aren't able to login. You'll have to wait for the administrator to fix the problem and we don't know when that will be.
