Fantastico problem

I'm trying to install phpBB3 with Fantastico. After I enter the username, password, site name, stuff like that and click install I get this:

 

The installation can not be completed:

 

- This cpanel version does not support subdomain path detection, please contact your host.

 

Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.

 

I tried installing phpBB3 manually but when I clicked the continue button to go on to where I would enter the database name, password and stuff, I just get a blank screen.

 

Please help, I'd like to get this installed and up as soon as possible.

Install on domain: vfktoday.co.cc

 

I enter my admin access data and base config info then press "install phpBB"

Try putting the forum in a subdirectory.

I just tried installing it under silverfishdesign.heliohost.org which is the main domain for my account and it worked, but I need it under vfktoday.co.cc

Could it be that vfktoday.co.cc is still queued? (How long do it take to get unqueued by the way?)

If vfktoday.co.cc points to silverfishdesign, you should be able to go to it through vfk.
