Can't log in to my website cpanel

About a week ago, October 31, I registered for a website. It's finally up, but I can't log in to it. I requested a password reset, and have yet to receive it. I know I have the right username and password, and I am using the correct e-mail account because I still have the e-mail that I was sent a week ago. I tried logging into the forums, but I couldn't do that either. So, I now have a website, but it seems that the account that the website is assigned to no longer exists. So I had to start a new account to post this question, which, btw, I've used the same username and e-mail address for. So, if someone could help me there, I'd appreciate it. This is the site:
