Christopher - MOZSUMO Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 A while back I made an account on HelioHost. I never received the e-mail to confirm, though. So, either I messed up my e-mail address or your MX records were not set properly. My money is on the first one Anyway, now my domain says that it belongs to another user, but I can't get into the other account to un-link the domain. As of now, the domain's nameservers point to a different host, but I really want to use HelioHost. Please help me!!! Thanks in advance.
Byron Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 There's nothing we can do right now but wait for djbob (administrator) to fix the registration problems and nobody knows when that will be. Sorry!

Byron Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I thought you wanted to create an account and point your domain to it? What is it exactly that your wanting to do?
Christopher - MOZSUMO Posted November 3, 2009 Author Posted November 3, 2009 I want to make an account with a domain that I have registered with before, so it is not letting me. I have to make a new account because when I signed up a while back, I never received the confirmation email (presumably, I mistyped my email address). So, I need to have the other account deleted.
Byron Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 You don't have to recieve an email for your account to come up. It doesn't require a confirmation, but if you signed up within the last month it's probably not going to let you login anyway. This is how you would login to your cpanel. http://YOUR_NAME.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php if it's a co.cc or another domain name then just replace YOUR_NAME.heliohost.org with your domain name. If it doesn't work it wouldn't do any good to sign up again because of the registration problems we're having right now.
