FTP Connection Problems

I'm having trouble connecting and staying connected to FTP.

 

username: hawleyal@alexanderhawley.com

host: ftp.alexanderhawley.com

 

I've tried FTP, SFTP.

 

I've tried Active/Passive mode.

 

I've tried limiting connections.

 

It was working fine this morning.

 

Now I can't connect at all.

 

Thoughts?

Probably just server overload.
