The problem I have is that I have received the emaill stating that my account has been installed, and when I try to login to the cPanel, using the username and password specified in the heliohost confirmation email, I keep getting"Login Failed" message. Is it possible for someone to take a lok at my account and see if there is perhaps something wrong with it? I thank you in advance for your help. Below is the confirmation email from heliohost, which i received on 21-10-2009. I have replaced my username and password with XXXX. Dear XXXX, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information: Username: XXXX (note: case sensitive!) Password: XXXX Domain: trakkanti.heliohost.org Control Panel URL: http://trakkanti.heliohost.org/cpanel Please note that you may have to wait before your account becomes active.
