trouble loggin into cPanel

I have recently signed up to Heliohost.org. The problem I have is that I have received the emaill stating that my account has been installed, and when I try to login to the cPanel, using the username and password specified in the heliohost confirmation email, I keep getting"Login Failed" message.

 

Is it possible for someone to take a lok at my account and see if there is perhaps something wrong with it?

Below is the confirmation email from heliohost, which i received on 21-10-2009. I have replaced my username and password with XXXX.

 

 

Dear XXXX,

 

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information:

Username: XXXX (note: case sensitive!)

Password: XXXX

Domain: trakkanti.heliohost.org

Control Panel URL: http://trakkanti.heliohost.org/cpanel

 

Please note that you may have to wait before your account becomes active. If this is so, you will see a suspended message on your domain until validation.

Your site seems to be up so try logging in now. If it still doesn't work than you'll just have to wait on the administrator and we don't know when that will be.
