Hi

My account with username dmarsh has been inaccessible.

I cannot log in to cpanel (message that account not recognised).

The last log in by me as administrator was about a month ago, and by the user, less than that, so both were very much less than the 3 months you give as the minimum between log-ins.

Dear dmarsh,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended. This either due to a period of account inactivity or missed renewal date. If you have not logged into cPanel in the last three months, please renew your account ASAP by visiting here. If you have a forum-posting-based account, you must renew your hosting by purchasing a hosting item in the forum store. If you do not renew your hosting suscription within fifteen days, your account will be permanently deleted. This is your final warning.

Regards,

HelioHost Staff

I tried to log in to renew but couldn't.

As part of setting up the user's website and email, I pointed DNSs, email and web to heliohost, but nothing accessible now, and potentially emails and 'live' web content both lost.

Can you have a look into what's happened?

Thanks for help.

Regards

Robert

It's actually 1 month instead of 3. I guess djbob didn't update that notice when he changed it. So if it's been over 30 days since your last login than your site has probably been deleted. If you can re-register with the same domain than that's what has happened.

Well, I didn't even get the 15 days to renew that the email mentions! :(
